- play the game to ensure all features and functions work properly
- answer client questions
- explain maintenance procedures and machine adjustments
We primarily service and repair pinball machines. On a case by case basis we can repair arcade games such as Pac-man style games, Chexx Hockey and others. We do not service Juke Boxes, Slot machines, Pachinko games, Buck Hunter, Silver Strike Bowling or Mega Touch games.
Refurbishment
Many older pre-1990 games which have been sitting idle for several years need more extensive work to get them in reliable playing order. If you have a pre-1990 game and we have not worked on it before, please contact us with a game description and symptoms. Often we can give you a cost estimate.
